Welcome to the Sip & Shuck Tours—a new collaboration between The Scarlet Lady and the team at Texas Clear Water Oyster Gardens, co-owned by Bill and Amelia Strieber. Together, they’re launching the first-ever oyster farm boat tour in Port Aransas—and in all of Texas.
As co-owner of CWOG, Amelia Strieber explains:
“This is about connecting people directly to the waters that nourish their food. We’re excited to bring awareness to sustainable mariculture while offering something unique and memorable for both locals and visitors.”

After the talk, guests are invited to taste freshly shucked Texas Clear Water Select oysters, served raw and briny right from the sea. Oysters are paired with a glass of wine, curated to complement the flavors and textures of the Gulf-grown delicacies.
